This software module consists of the following templatized tools and techniques:
- Things Gone Right VOC - Things Gone Right is a simple team technique of identifying what in a product, process or service was right for the customer. It allows the supplier to note what is important to the customer and what in that item was delivered correctly.
- Things Gone Wrong VOC - Things Gone Wrong is a simple team technique of identifying what in a product, process or service was wrong for the customer. It allows the supplier to note what is important to the customer and what in that item was delivered incorrectly.
- Voice of Customer VOC - Voice of Customer is a team technique that elucidates customer wants into an objective voice of value. An Initial Voice of Value Table elucidates what the customer expects followed by a Voice of Customer questionnaire interview or survey. Spoken words of customers are then translated into reworded data which is then arranged in an affinity diagram. Finally, an Objective Voice of Value is created to identify what customer wants.
- Kano Analysis Kano Diagram is a team technique that elucidates Basic, Performance and Excitement feature characterized through what customers feel: Like, Must Have, Neutral, Live With and Dislike. This is done through a questionnaire survey.
